A nice size room for relaxing.

the breakfast was enjoyable and all the food was good. the room was large and brand-new, with smoke detectors and breathtaking views.

All staff were very friendly and accomadating

The hotel staff was not very professional when dealing with issues.

The room was new-fashioned and spotless with central heating, pay TV and a microwave oven. I loved both wake-up service and exceptionally comfortable bed. Location: the hotel was right by good restaurants within walking distance indoor pool, and really comfortable beds, and Eugene for the long Labor Day weekend.

The place is wonderful, the staff are professional.

The room had nice, big spaces with fresh linens and great lighting. The bed was comfortable with full-sized pillows, and the breakfast provided a good variety, including homemade pasta. Unfortunately, we faced a major issue at check-in due to a mix-up with the room key that put our security at risk. We had disturbances from loud music that kept us awake well past the promised cutoff time, and there was no manager available to address our concerns.

Would recommend for a cursory stop

Nice room, nice breakfast, with good in-room coffee and amenities, and I loved the full-sized pillows on the bed alongside the ample charging ports for my electronics.

The hotel's location is perfect, just minutes from attractions like Autzen Stadium and Hayward Field. The staff was helpful and the rooms were comfy, perfect for winding down after a full day of exploring. Loved the nearby parks and hiking trails too!

The Holiday Inn Express , Eugene, Springfield, An Ihg Hotel was beautifully decorated with spacious, clean rooms that offered ample storage and convenience for seniors. The staff was attentive.

More accessible parking would be appreciated.

It was a great stay for a family trip to the area. We really enjoyed the spacious King Suite with a Sofa Bed. The breakfast was a definite highlight with different options each day, and the pool was open all day, which kept the kids entertained. On the downside, there was some inconvenience with ice only being available on two floors, and they ran out of coffee pods in our room during our stay. Though, it met our needs well and was a pleasant experience.

The room was spacious and tidy, with a comfy bed that had proper full-sized pillows. The charging ports were plentiful, and the light-blocking blinds were a pleasant surprise. It was a great little find!

And, let's just say, breakfast wasn't quite the Michelin star experience I hoped for.

The indoor pool was a refreshing treat after a long day exploring nearby restaurants. I also appreciated the well-decorated room and ample storage space. Breakfast had plenty of great options.
